The Maryland Theatre is commemorating the fire of 1974 that threatened the historic auditorium of The Maryland Theatre, and destroyed other dwellings including apartments and the theatre Box Office. Hear from local residents that were there on February 8, 1974 – that fought the fire, and braved the harsh elements. Audience members will have the opportunity to interact and share their own memories, stories, and memorabilia of the fire. Concessions will be available.
