Relieve stress BEFORE the holiday season!
Yoga and Meditation Instructor Michelle Grimes will lead you through a one-hour yoga session to relax you, sharpen your concentration and relieve muscle tension & strain - by candlelight. This class is open to all levels of practitioners. No experience necessary. Afterwards, enjoy a glass of wine and light snacks in the new Maryland Theatre Ballroom. Don't forget to bring a yoga mat - and a clear mind.
