Friends Meeting School presents a family-friendly community event to benefit the Maryland Food Bank, Into The Woods, Jr., in partnership with actors from the Maryland School for the Deaf.
Don’t be misled, stay straight ahead and never talk to strangers; Be Careful What You Wish For... Join Friends Meeting School and the Maryland School for the Deaf (MSD) in a benefit and community production of Into The Woods Jr., a musical of intertwined fairytales. MSD actors will perform in Into the Woods Jr., and present other stories for the enjoyment of the audience. All proceeds go to the Maryland Food Bank, and audience members are asked to bring canned and boxed food donations to the performance. American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreters will be provided for this event. Ticket prices range from $12 to $25 plus applicable Ticketmaster fees. AND a Canned or Boxed Food Item for the Maryland Food Bank. There is no service charge for tickets purchased in person at the Maryland Theatre box office or over the phone at 301-790-2000.
