In the Interest of preserving affordable ticket prices for all patrons, The Maryland Theatre is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties and unfortunately, we are unable to honor these tickets. Our local box office is open weekdays 11am-4:30pm except holidays/seasonal changes) and 1 hour before performances. Please be sure to store your Ticketmaster log-in & password information safely for future use as it may be required on the day of show.
A variety of delivery methods are available: mailing, mobile, print at home, etc. Please be sure you select a method that is convenient for you to obtain your tickets. Processing and handling fees vary on customer selections and are non-refundable.

Replacement of Tickets
If your tickets have been lost, damaged or stolen, and you have purchased your tickets via the local box office, please call (301) 790-2000 for assistance prior to the performance. Fees may be associated with ticket reprinting.

Exchanges and Refunds
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given under any circumstances unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled. Internet, processing and mailing fees are not refundable under any circumstances. The Maryland Theatre does not rate performer content or offer judgement about the suitability of a performance, although our Board of Directors and staff make every effort to select a wide variety of quality entertainment, educational and cultural offerings. The Maryland Theatre will post notices, as provided by the artist, when a performance may not be suitable for all age groups. While we appreciate receiving comments and feedback from audience members, performer content and opinion of quality is not a reason for a ticket exchange or refund.
