18th Annual Western Maryland Blues Fest

Held on the first weekend following Memorial Day, the Western Maryland Blues Fest serves up an annual community celebration centered around one of America's most enduring musical forms-the blues.

Set amidst raw-boned guitar riffs and emotionally charged vocals, the Blues Fest represents a unique "home-grown" partnership between public and private concerns. Conceptually conceived in 1995, and annually hosted by the City of Hagerstown, the Western Maryland Blues Fest has mushroomed into a critically acclaimed blues event in the mid-Atlantic region since its modest inception in 1996.

Arts and Entertainment District in downtown Hagerstown, MD

The Maryland Theatre will be the host VIP venue for the Tour of Washington County Kickoff Criterium powered by SRAM.  Bike parade starts at 5:30pm. Bicycle racing begins at 6:30pm. This classic downtown criterium course is .8 miles in length. Sponsored by Antietam Velo Club.

This will be a catered venue with beer being provided by The Victory Brewing Company courtesy of Wantz Distributors.  SRAM (bike part manufacturers) will also have swag bags hats and other products for the first 100 people.
