What is the Maryland Theatre Circle of Friends?

It is a collection of highly socially, artistically, & culturally conscious individuals from all walks of life who are full of energy, enthusiasm, fun, and possess the sky is the limit imaginations. The Circle of Friend’s goal is to have The Maryland Theatre come alive with an energy never experienced before by planning lively, first-class social events for the community every bit as diversely entertaining as the programming within the theatre.

This is a creative ‘theatre think tank’ of community members from the four state area whose fresh eyes for the arts, sense of style, hospitality, fun, and easy congeniality combine to make The Maryland Theatre the place to be. It provides its members with a place to network opportunities and ideas. Simply stated, The Circle of Friends believes The Maryland Theatre should be the social &entertainment ‘Hub’ of the Arts and Entertainment District whose innovative ideas will keep it hopping.

Circle of Friends Mission Statement

The mission of the Maryland Theatre Circle of Friends is to celebrate the past, present and future of the Maryland Theatre. Through educational efforts, social activities and fund-raising events, the Circle of Friends will honor the rich history of the Maryland Theatre, support it’s ongoing  livelihood and preserve and improve the Theatre for future generations.

Sponsorship fees are $400 for Bands or Catering
Sponsors will receive:
     A table/tickets for 6 of your staff or clients
     Presence on the Maryland Theatre website under “Circle of Friends”
     A business link on the Maryland Theatre website for 1 year
     Presence on press releases and/or advertising for this specific event
     Opportunity to display signage and distribute handouts on the day of the event
